Your enquiry
We use the details you provide — name, contact details, service of interest, any optional travel preferences and your message — to consider and answer your request and, where appropriate, take steps towards providing our services. Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive information in this form.

Basis and recipients
Responding to a request for our services is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Technical measures against spam and misuse support our legitimate interest in protecting this service. Authorised team members and the hosting and email providers involved in operating this service may process the information for these purposes. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

Storage and retention
Enquiries are recorded in the website database and notified to our designated mailbox. Enquiries should be reviewed for deletion after 180 days, unless an ongoing request, contract or applicable legal requirement justifies longer retention. The team manages deletion in the CMS and in the mailbox; database deletion does not erase copies already present in email or backups.

Technical information
The public website sets no application cookies, does not use analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts or browser local storage, and serves imported imagery locally. The private CMS uses a necessary session cookie for authorised administrators. Short-lived keyed hashes of network addresses and email addresses are used for abuse prevention; underlying hosting access logs are managed separately by the hosting provider.

Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or objection. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority. Contact info@interstellarworks.it to discuss a request.

Required fields are needed to answer an enquiry. Optional fields may be left blank. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to receive marketing. No automated decision-making is performed by this form.
